Nestled in a 1928 building constructed by Charlie Chaplin, Republique offers a brunch menu that will not only satisfy the hard core breakfast-crowd but also people looking for something beyond just eggs and bacon. 

Known for serving amazing baked goods, you can't go wrong with ordering the Brioche French Toast (with Vermont maple syrup) or the Ricotta Toast (sourdough toast, ricotta di bufala, hazelnuts and wildflower honey).  Not to mention the countless tarts, donuts, bombolonis!

Breakfast isn't your thing? Me neither. Luckily for us, abnormal people, here at Republique, we can order delicious "less-breakfast-y" dishes such as Kimchi Fried Rice (with soft eggs and braised short ribs) or Shakshouka (fried egg, stewed tomatoes & peppers, black kale, yogurt, cilantro and baguette bread).  The menu also offers Adobo Fried Rice, Mushroom Toast and daily Quiches.

Republique isn't just for brunch! Open for lunch and dinner as well, chef ___ and his team offers salads, House-Cured Jambon Beurre, Grass-Fed Beef Tartare, Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras, Charcuterie & Cheese Platters,  Wood Oven-Baked Gnocchetti, Cassoulet and Prime Dry-Aged Beef Rib Eye Steaks.
